You will learn six simple skills that will make your life easier — no matter how much you have on your plate! The movie focuses on personal growth tools for building emotional intelligence to take control of your life, featuring stories from several people about how they changed their lives by consciously changing their perspectives.

Joy Gilfilen is a speaker, consultant and entrepreneur visiting Toronto from Bellingham, WA. After a lifetime of working as an mother, activist, consultant, and coach, Joy is now launching several new and related projects.
All of Joy’s current work as a keynote speaker and masterminder for change has one over-arching goal: Fulfilling her passion for a better life and a better world — hers and yours! Using wisdom gleaned from a lifetime of being in business, Joy created the Joy Triangle Model to coach her teenage sons.
