What inspired you to start your business?
I had made hundreds of thousands of dollars for schools, businesses, and organizations working FOR them, and yet I wasn’t reaping the benefits. We were starting to raise our young family, and as I struggled with the questions of being a new mom-how could I be with my kids and still make a great living? What legacy did I want to leave them? Was there more than a 9-5 “steady job” available? Who was I meant to be in the world?-the light began to dawn…I had everything I needed to start my own business. Everywhere I had worked, I had ultimately been the one to develop and manage the projects, the outreach, the marketing, and the programs so why couldn’t I do it for myself? That gave me the push to start my own business.
How would you describe your business’s personality?
Ah, that’s a good one! I’ve often been described as a “Sicilian grandmother in training.” My style is loving, straightforward, practical, intuitive, and innovative. I have the advantage of being a 4th generation business owner as well as a Nationally Certified
Counselor, so my clients get the benefit of working with someone who is highly experienced both in business and human behaviour. Life and business are completely mixed together when you’re an entrepreneur, so you have to work with the “whole enchilada” to get lasting results, and that’s what happens with my clients!
Are you rolling out any new products or services in the near future?
Of course! I’m always growing so that I can serve people best, and in February I have a brand new Profitable Promotions with Voice & Video course that I am THRILLED about because it unleashes the confidence, passion, and power that business owners have inside them so they can reach their ideal clients and customers and expand how, when, and where they market themselves-for virtually no cost. I’ve been a professional voice actor and video producer for years, and combining that expertise with my business development coaching just knocks your socks off!
